Vendor Program Manager

The Vendor Program Manager works closely with the clients in our Contingent Workforce Management Group to develop and maintain a relationship. They consistently communicate with the client to determine staffing needs, ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, and enforce the client’s and Monroe Staffing Services policies and procedures. They also work with our management team to direct the on-site coordinators and recruiters on the day-to-day responsibilities.

Recruiting Assistant

Recruiting Assistants play a vital role in the success of the branch by maintaining the office flow, assisting the recruiters in various administrative functions, ensuring the data integrity of our ATS system, assisting with on-boarding requirements and other duties as assigned. They are the first point of contact for job candidates and clients. The Staffing Assistant is the connection that ensures consistency in the office.

Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Managers on the business development team are on the front line, helping prospective customers learn about Monroe Staffing Services. They must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities.

Onsite Coordinator

The Onsite Coordinator works at the location of a Contingent Workforce Management Group client, handling the day to day tasks of arranging assignments for temporary employees, as well as communicating directly with the client to ensure that their staffing needs are consistently met.

Staffing Specialist

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, selecting and onboarding appropriate and qualified candidates to work for Monroe Staffing Services clients. Staffing Specialists also participate in client meetings to understand the culture of the client in order to help them choose the best candidate.

Compliance & Safety Coordinator

Compliance & Safety Coordinators ensure that all employment paperwork is completed correctly and entered into the internal database. They also confirm that the correct pre-screening of the candidates is completed based on the client’s requirements, and lead onboarding as well as safety training sessions for all new hires.
