Matt
joined Monroe Staffing Services in 2001, appointed President in January
2009. Matt also serves as Board of Director for Monroe Staffing
Services, part of the Faro Recruitment Group. Matt leads the
organizations strategic direction and growth of the company. Focused
on building our presence through a combination of organic development,
partnerships and acquisitions.
Mark is
charged with maintaining key relationships and assisting in the growth of the
organization. He brings several years of
experience, at all levels of the organization, to his position.
Erik is responsible for the execution of marketing and sales initiatives and accelerating growth across the various business units. He negotiates terms for all partnerships, and manages Monroe’s Business Development Team. Additionally, Erik oversees our Administrative and Engineering Divisions, and brings 6 years of experience with Monroe to his position.
Paul was promoted to
Director of Operations in January of 2009 after 7 years of service with Monroe
Staffing Services. He has over 15 years of operational management, sales, and
recruiting experience in the staffing and customer service industries. Paul is skilled
in understanding our clients’ needs, and
working with our branch offices to train them on how to exceed our client’s
expectations.
Steve
joined Monroe in 2006 with more than 15 years experience in the IT
services industry focused on client development and executive level
recruiting. Steve has successfully built and branded several
professional services practices providing technology staffing solutions
and managed services ranging from application development and
infrastructure support, to senior project management and executive
level leadership. With current practices in CT, RI, and MA, Steve and
his team have a proven track record specializing in retained and
contingent search, as well as supplemental contract consulting services.
Marty has over 15 years with MSS, and has held positions as recruiter, account manager, General Manager, and Director. Marty creates, implements and directs all safety/HR training, conducts accident investigations, and is our professional liaison for all matters regarding legal liability matters, workman’s compensation, safety, unemployment, and other HR issues.
Steve
joined Monroe Staffing in July of 2009 and is the newest member of
the Management Team. He brings over 24 years of Accounting and Finance
experience to the Company. Steve has spent the last 12 years in the
Equipment Leasing and Finance Industry, and was formerly the CFO for a
large independent equipment leasing company. Steve and his Department are
responsible for all areas of Accounting, Finance and Taxation.
