Monroe Staffing is a full-service staffing and consulting firm serving companies ranging from Fortune 100 to new start-up organizations. Meet Our Team

Matt Briand

Matt Briand

President and CEO

Matt joined Monroe Staffing in 2001 and worked his way up through the ranks of the company, learning every aspect of the business.  In January 2009 he was appointed President and CEO.  Matt leads the organization’s strategic direction and growth, and is focused on building Monroe Staffing’s east coast presence through organic growth, partnerships and acquisitions.

Matt also serves as President and CEO of Staffing 360 Solutions, Monroe Staffing’s parent company.  Matt is charged with overall performance of six subsidiaries located in both the United States and United Kingdom.  Staffing 360 Solutions is a NASDAQ publicly traded company.

 

 

 

Steve Miller

Steve Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Steve joined Monroe Staffing in 2009 as a Vice President and is the newest member of the executive management team. He brings over 30 years of accounting experience to the company.  Steve and his finance team are responsible for all areas of accounting and finance, including financial reporting, cash management, payroll and taxation for Monroe Staffing and their 500+ clients and 4,000+ employees. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Vice President, Professional Services and Information Technology

Steve joined Monroe Staffing in 2006 after more than 15 years’ experience in the IT and Finance services industries, where he focused on client development and executive level recruiting. Steve has successfully built and branded several professional services practices providing technology and financial staffing solutions. He’s also managed services ranging from application development and infrastructure support, to senior project management and executive level leadership. Steve and his teams of senior professionals specialize in supplemental consulting and customized packaged services, as well as retained and contingent search. Steve has a bachelor’s degree from University of Rhode Island and is a member of the Society for Information Management.

Paul Polito

Paul Polito

Vice President, Operations

Paul was promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2012, after eleven years of service with Monroe Staffing. He has more than 20 years of operational management, sales, and recruiting experience in the staffing and customer service industries. In addition to creating solutions for clients, Paul oversees the professional development, Corporate Safety, and employee-directed giving programs. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Clemson University.
