Paul Polito

President, Commercial Staffing - US

Paul was promoted to President of Commercial Staffing – US in December 2017, after sixteen years of service with Monroe Staffing. He has more than 20 years of operational management, sales, and recruiting experience in the staffing and customer service industries. In addition to creating solutions for clients, Paul oversees the professional development, Corporate Safety, and employee-directed giving programs. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Clemson University.

Steve joined Monroe Staffing in 2009 as a Vice President and is the newest member of the executive management team. He brings over 30 years of accounting experience to the company.  Steve and his finance team are responsible for all areas of accounting and finance, including financial reporting, cash management, payroll and taxation for Monroe Staffing and their 500+ clients and 4,000+ employees. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Vice President, Professional Services and Information Technology

Steve joined Monroe Staffing in 2006 after more than 15 years’ experience in the IT and Finance services industries, where he focused on client development and executive level recruiting. Steve has successfully built and branded several professional services practices providing technology and financial staffing solutions. He’s also managed services ranging from application development and infrastructure support, to senior project management and executive level leadership. Steve and his teams of senior professionals specialize in supplemental consulting and customized packaged services, as well as retained and contingent search. Steve has a bachelor’s degree from University of Rhode Island and is a member of the Society for Information Management.
